Participation in aquatic programs is voluntary. Parents, guardians, and participants acknowledge inherent risks associated with water activities.

DONATIONS

All donations are voluntary and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. Donations are used to support programs, scholarships, and operational expenses.

NO MEDICAL OR THERAPEUTIC CLAIMS

Ahava Circle Inc. provides instructional and educational services and does not offer medical, therapeutic, or clinical treatment.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Ahava Circle Inc. shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
